Brittany & Derek | Historic Yorktown Firefighter Engagement Session

We are so excited to share Brittany & Derek’s engagement session with you!! We met them in Historic Yorktown for their photos. When we arrived, the clouds were getting dark and the wind was picking up, but that didn’t scare them away! We were able to get so many beautiful portraits of them before the sky really opened up on us. Luckily, we had the parking garage to go to for cover and were able to continue taking pictures. The rain didn’t last too long and the sun came back out for some beautiful golden hour portraits! Derek is a firefighter and we love how they incorporated that into their session! We are so happy for these two and are beyond excited to  capture their wedding day!!

We even saw a gorgeous rainbow after the storm!!
