We were so honored to capture Heather & Matt’s gorgeous wedding day in Cape Charles! They had family traveling from all over, so they rented a few large beach houses and made a vacation out of it! The houses were so beautiful with their large windows, which made for gorgeous light for getting ready photos. They included many personal details and heirlooms, from her grandmother’s jewelry to photos of their parents weddings! They chose to do a First Look with each other before the ceremony. They shared such a beautiful moment together! They then said their vows at the Trinity United Methodist Church in downtown Cape Charles. Afterwards, we stopped over at the beach for a few more portraits before heading to the reception! Did I mention that Cape Charles is such a small town that we rode golf carts around to each of the locations! AND this was also my first time driving one! We loved the beach theme of their reception. All of their friends and family joined them on the dance floor and had a great time!! We hope you all enjoy reliving their wedding day 🙂
