Richmond Pipeline and Canal Engagement Session

We are so excited to relive Brandon & Juliana’s Richmond Pipeline and Canal engagement session!! We ventured around the James River in Richmond from the Brown’s Island Pedestrian Bridge, the Canal walk, and the Pipeline trail! This area is so special to them because the canal walk is where they shared their first kiss!

Last November, we photographed Juliana’s sisters wedding! Juliana was just recently engaged at that time, so when she reached out soon after, we were so excited to be asked to capture Juliana & Brandon’s wedding! It’s hard to believe that their wedding is this Saturday at the Linden Row Inn, time sure has flown by!

Here is a little bit about Juliana & Brandon:

They met on Tinder while in college over 4 years ago! Their first date was in Carytown in Richmond VA. They had sandwiches at the Daily Kitchen and then went to the Byrd theatre to see the movie Neighbors. They love spending time together at the local breweries and restaurants in Richmond. One of their favorite dining spots, Lunch Supper, is actually catering their wedding! And Shyndigz will be supplying the desserts, yummm!!

For the proposal, Brandon planned it out months in advance. He had a day long scavenger hunt set up for Juliana to places that were meaningful to them around the Richmond area. He involved their families and friends and at the very end, her last stop was to him on the canal walk (where they shared their first kiss)!
