Norfolk Botanical Garden Engagement Session

Megan & Jeremy’s Norfolk Botanical Garden Engagement Session was filled with joy and beauty! We enjoyed exploring the grounds together and talking about all the things – coffee shops, hiking trails, breweries, etc.! We are so excited to return here this weekend with them for their wedding!! They will be saying their vows amongst the beautiful scenery of the Butterfly Garden and then watching the sunset before dancing the night away at the Lesner Inn!

How they met:
Megan and Jeremy met at their first duty station, Whiteman Air Force Base, in Missouri. They joined a group of friends for a night on the town in Kansas City and have been inseparable ever since. While traveling together they have checked many tasks off their bucket lists and have been fortunate enough to travel to many places including Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, Seattle and Illinois. Attending concerts, festivals, exploring the craft breweries and participating in volunteer opportunities also fill their time together.

The proposal:
The big engagement happened on their favorite trip. In Downtown Seattle, while riding the Ferris Wheel, Jeremy went down on one knee and asked Megan to be his wife.
